Plant Sale at Leu Gardens

Flower Garden and Spring Readiness

Horticulturist Gwenythe b. Harvey, Manager of The Garden Goddess, LLC. will present a program on The Flower Garden and Spring Readiness at The Coe Memorial Park Community Center. Topics are, Division, Deadheading, ridding the Garden of weeds, Pest and Disease watch. Slide show of Gwenythe's Gardens and Blueprints, and Gardens she toured in England and Scotland. 15 minute break for snacks/tea, followed by a tour of the Spring Bulb Display.

Planting Out, Filling In and Planning for Continuous Bloom
10:30 am - 1:30 pm

Horticulturist Gwenythe b. Harvey, Manager of The Garden Goddess, LLC. will present a program on Planting Out, Filling in with Annuals, Dividing Iris, and Planning a Continuous Crop of Cut Flowers or Bloom. Slide Show of the continuous Horticultural Display at Coe Memorial Park's Gardens since the Spring of 2006. This slide show highlights some of the unusual and rare specimens introduced at the Park. 15 minute Break for snacks and tea, and then a Tour of the Summer Gardens at Coe Memorial Park.
